Jordan Brannon was born and raised in Largo, Florida. At an early age Jordan found a love and passion in how the body works and moves. After completing high school, and earning her Associates Degree from St. Petersburg College, she transferred to the University of South Florida. In 2015, Jordan received her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and soon after became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Jordan has lots of experience in corrective exercise by working as an Exercise Rehab Technician at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center for 5 years. In 2016, Jordan immersed herself into her newfound passion of helping people with Parkinson’s disease through a program called Rock Steady Boxing. Jordan is the Head Coach & Program Coordinator for Rock Steady Boxing, which is offered at Bodyssey Performance + Recovery.


In her spare time Jordan enjoys spending time with her bunnies, Maverick & Dot, boating, and watching Grey's Anatomy!

Emily Obier was born in San Diego, CA but grew up in Pembroke Pines, FL. Through dance and playing softball for the majority of her life, Emily grew a passion for learning how the human body works and the types of rehabilitation we can do in order to heal. After completing high school, she attended the University of South Florida. In 2017, Emily received her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and soon after became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.


In January of 2017, Emily found Bodyssey as a site to complete her final internship. Through this internship she learned more about the field of personal/team training. She also has found a new love of helping out with the Rock Steady program for individuals with Parkinson's disease. Through her new experiences, Emily plans to attend graduate school in order to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.  

In her spare time, Emily enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going to the beach, and watching her favorite show, Family Feud! 


​​​​Drew Brannon was born in Kansas City, Kansas, but soon after moved to his hometown in Miami, Florida. Drew found a passion in the fitness industry at an early age when he raced go-karts as a child, which eventually turned into a career in stock car racing. However, in order to accomplish his goal of becoming successful in the field, Drew ended his racing career to begin his collegiate schooling.


After completing high school, and earning an Associates Degree from Hillsborough County Community College. Drew transferred to the University of South Florida where he participated in several published research studies.


In 2015, he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and soon after became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Drew is also certified as a Rock Steady Boxing coach, which is a program designed for clients with Parkinson’s disease.


Drew enjoys training people of all ages and limitations. He has extensive experience with general population and recreational, high school, and collegiate athletes. Drew is dedicated to expanding his knowledge by keeping up to date with the latest training techniques and research. He is especially strong with programming any kind of fitness related program.

 In his spare time Drew enjoys golfing, boating, playing cards, and getting into a race car every now and again.
